How to Prepare for Your First Class

A positive and open attitude! Remember that no experience is necessary and every movement can be modified to your level.


Bring your water bottle. We have a refillable water station. 


Bring a sweat towel. You will need it!

Grip socks are required for class. If you forget yours, we have them available for purchase at our studio.


Wear any workout attire you feel your best in and that will be comfortable for a full-body workout.

We ask that you please arrive 10 minutes early prior to your scheduled class.


Your instructor will provide you with an overview of the Megaformer and will be there throughout class to provide guidance and correct form.
