Please arrive on time for class. If you happen to be running late, please call or text our front desk 657-258-5006, so we can hold your spot. If you are more than 5 minutes late to class and do not contact the studio, your space may be given to a standby student at the start of class.
MEMBERSHIP HOLD POLICY
All memberships and class packages are allowed one time (up to) 30-day freeze per calendar year at no charge. Any additional freezes will need to be at least 14 days in length and will incur a $25 fee per suspension. Send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call 657-258-5006 when requesting to freeze an account.
The waitlist does work! Please think of the waitlist as signing up for the class, as we assume you would like to attend and are available for every class you waitlist. The waitlist will add you up to 1 hour before the start of class. If you can no longer attend a waitlisted class, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid cancelation fees. You are responsible for canceling your waitlisted class outside of the 12-hour late cancellation window if you can no longer attend. This will help you avoid any late cancellation or no-show charges in the event of getting added to the class, as our cancellation policy applies to waitlisted classes.
To receive a full refund for a canceled class reservation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before the start of your class. You can cancel your reservation in the following ways:
Log into your account and click your schedule. From there, click “Cancel” next to the class that you wish to cancel. Any phone, text or email cancellations must also be received at least 12 hours before the class to avoid a cancellation fee.
Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours before the start of your scheduled class time. Your prepaid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.
Late Cancel: Classes not canceled 12 hours before your scheduled class will result in a loss of one pre-paid class or a charge of $15 for those with unlimited memberships.
No Show: If you late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show, you will be charged a no-show fee of $25 regardless of the type of membership or class pack you have.
A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes cannot be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.
FOOTWEAR: All clients are required to wear grip socks during classes. Grip socks are available for purchase at our studio locations.
CELL PHONES: We ask that you please refrain from using your cellphone during class and we also ask that you do not film while participating in a class session.
